Delivery

DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. Orders will be shipped via courier services and delivered between Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm excluding Public holidays and will require a signature upon delivery or the recipient’s name provided.

Please make sure all customer delivery details are correct as we cannot redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers may leave a parcel collection card, leave the parcel unattended in a safe place, or return the parcel to our distribution centre in which case the customer will be charged for the courier fees incurred for the attempted delivery and re-delivery fees if required.

RETURNS

Damage, Defects, Short Delivery and Loss in Transit

To notify us of goods that are damaged, defective, delivered short, or lost in transit please complete the returns form and send to orders@gbpackaging.com. Where goods are damaged or defective, please provide an image showing the damage or defect. Our team will assess the case and take the appropriate action to remedy the situation.

Any complaint concerning damage, defects, short delivery, or loss in transit must be made within 10 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

If you want to return a product due to change of mind please complete the returns form and send to orders@gbpackaging.com. You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any returns must be made between Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and only as approved by Green Bean Packaging. The Customer will be responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns.

Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box.
